EXHIBITION AND SUPPORT
There will be an exhibition area adjoining the main conference rooms during the BDMS Academic Annual Meeting 2018, located on the 4th floor, Pinnacle Hall, InterContinental Hotel Bangkok. By participating in this event as an exhibitor, your organization will get an opportunity to showcase the latest technology, new products and a chance to interact with more than 1,000 participants including renowned doctors, researchers and medical professionals at one place.
BDMS reserves the rights to allocate booth location for exhibiting companies due to logistical constraints. Companies applying for exhibition booths will be offered booth location after related spaces are assigned to premier sponsors. All other spaces will be allocated upon receipt of the signed exhibition reservation form, based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Standard Exhibition Booth Includes:
- shell scheme (1 back panel and 2 half side panels)
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- 1 dustbin
- Fascia board
- spotlight
- 1 Power socket of 220 V
