- อาหารว่างและอาหารกลางวัน (Coffee break and lunch box)
หมายเหตุ
- เนื่องจากที่นั่งในแต่สาขาวิชามีจำนวนจำกัด กรุณาสำรองที่นั่งและยืนยันการชำระค่าลงทะเบียนภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ (Please complete a conference registration and make a payment within 7 days to confirm of your registration status due to the limited seats.)
- ท่านสามรถลงทะเบียนแบบออนไลน์ได้ถึงวันที่ วันศุกร์ที่ 2 สิงหาคม 2562 เวลา 17:00 น. หรือสามารถลงทะเบียนได้ในวันงานประชุม (Online Pre-Registration System is now opened and will be closed on Friday, 2nd August 2019. Onsite Registration will open from 14-16 August 2019.)
- กรณีที่เป็นบุคคลในสังกัดเครือ BDMS กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคล/องค์กรแพทย์ ต้นสังกัดเพื่อตรวจสอบสิทธิการลงทะเบียนเข้างานก่อนดำเนินการลงทะเบียนด้วยตนเอง (If you are a BDMS personnel and wish to register to the conference, please contact your Human Resource Department/Medical Affairs Office to check if you are entitled to a supported registration quota.)
- ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกและคืนเงินทุกกรณี (No refund policy for any cancellation throughout the registration period.)
